The Building and Safety Division within the City of Brea Community Development Department has added a web browser element to its current Permit Tracking System. Contractors, developers, and residents can now check the status of their permits through the City of Brea’s website. This enhanced feature:
- Allows contractors to see the inspection results
- Allows 24/7, real-time access to current data
- Assists in streamlining the permit process workflow
- Improves overall customer service
